We use a tested detailed approach to the design of
your website. We break your project into seven phases,
each of which ends with a deliverable and client sign-off.
This ensures that the project stays on track with
regard to website structure, content, expectations
and the budget.
Below you will find the process in which we use to
create your website:
Phase 1: Website Clarification
During the first phase of the web design process,
we will meet with people from your company or organisation
to determine the objective of your website and the
reason behind the online imitative.
Phase 2: Creative Round
In this phase of the web design process, we are flushing
out the technical part of the website. We need to
determine how the information will be made available
to the site visitors – what is the best navigational
structure to navigate through the site. We will use
an electronic click-through (without graphics)
or story- boarding to judge the website structure
in its online format. Using these tools, we can determine
both the technology and site navigation needs.
Phase 3: Website Design
Next we develop the graphics and layout for the
site. We will ask you to provide any text and graphics
that you want included in the web site and build a
visual template. This will tell us where we need more
graphics or modified text for the site. Once you are
satisfied with the direction of the project, we will
complete the template, collect all necessary text
and build any animation elements for the site.
Phase 4: Website Construction and Build
The amount of programming needed varies from site
to site. Business processes and communication tools
specific to your company or organisation will be programmed
to work within your website. All features will be
built and rigorously tested by both our people and
yours. Once perfected, the website is ready to go!
Phase 5: Search Engine Optimisation
We will provide you with report showing
what words and phrases people use to search for business
matching you business profile or products and/or
services.
Phase 6: Website Test and Launch
The purpose of re-testing the site before launch
is to ensure that the site is fully functional
and ready to go live.
Phase 7: Ongoing Site Maintenance
At this point your website is released and our job
of creating your site is complete. However, all websites
must be kept current in terms of graphics, navigation,
technology, and usability. After release of your new
site, we will work with you to establish a regular
review and maintenance schedule for your web site
to accommodate client requests, user feedback, system
upgrades and emerging web technologies.
Phase 8: Review and Evaluation
We determine whether the project have met
the success criteria as defined in the first phase
ane eventually propose an evolution plan.

us to imagine the possibilities together.
