THE Webtech PRO WEBSITE DESIGN SPECIAL

The Webtech PRO Special (the "Special") creates websites for businesses, associations and individuals. Customers will be able to select from two creative designs (NO TEMPLATE). Customer is entitle to 3 free creative rounds where she/he can requests some changes to the website layout. Each request is considered a creative round. Customer is entitle to 5 pages including email form. Customers provide their own page information, photos and digital images ("Content"). Our provision of this Service is subject to the following "Terms of Service" which may be altered from time to time. Please read them carefully. You understand that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that Webtech PRO assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery or failure to store any website content.

FEES (* all prices quoted are Australian dollars and GST exclusive. Prices shown are current as at March, 2005 and may vary from year to year)·

Website Specials $395: shall be paid to Webtech PRO upon submission of your application form for the creation of your website. This fee INCLUDES your domain name (if you require one), Website Hosting and submission of your site to common search engines. Websites consist of 5 pages (business logo and two images per page).

Annual Web Hosting Fee: this is an annual fee payable when you order your Webtech PRO website and then due each year on the anniversary of your website going live on the internet. This fee is an administration fee and is not refundable in full or in part. If the annual fee is not received within 30 days of the due date, Webtech PRO reserves the right to cancel your account and remove all Content.
Website Hosting Fee: Free for the first year and then $184 per year
Domain Name Registration : Free for the first two years $84 per two years

Additional Pages $75 each: applies if additional pages are required by the customer at the time of the website creation. Additional pages after the website is complete will be charged at the rate of $55 per hour.

Revisions to Design and Layout $55/hour: applies if changes are required to page design and layout after the website has been placed on the internet.

WEBSITE CONTENT
You understand that all Content is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. This means that you, not Webtech PRO, are entirely responsible for all Content that your website displays. Webtech PRO does not control the Content posted using the Service and as, such does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. Under no circumstance will Webtech PRO be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted or hosted using the Service.

DOMAIN NAMES
Domain names are subject to approval by the domain name registrar
The customer is solely responsible for the choice of the domain name, and is required to certify that the proposed name does not infringe existing trademarks, copyrights or intellectual property rights of other parties. Registrants are required to indemnify Webtech PRO from any liability or damages arising from the choice of the domain name.

You acknowledge and agree that a Webtech PRO link will be placed at the bottom of each web page within your website.

TERMINATION
You agree that Webtech PRO may remove your website from the Service if all Fees are not paid in full.

YOUR PRIVACY
All information that you provide to Webtech PRO will be kept private by Webtech PRO and not redistributed or sold to third parties.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Webtech PRO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-NFRINGEMENT. Webtech PRO MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT

(A) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS,
(B) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE,
(C) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE,
(D) ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED
